1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vanish AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Vanish AI is a desktop application that enables users to interact with third-party artificial intelligence models through user-initiated actions.

Features may include:

• AI requests
• Keyboard shortcut controls
• Screenshot-based interactions
• Clipboard-based interactions
• Audio-based interactions
• Other AI-assisted workflows

3. User-Controlled Actions

All actions performed by Vanish AI are initiated by you. The application does not continuously monitor, capture, or collect information from your device.

You are responsible for deciding when to activate features that process screenshots, microphone input, clipboard contents, or other information.

4. Application Permissions

Vanish AI may request access to system features such as screen capture, microphone input, and clipboard access only when required for a user-initiated action.

These permissions are used solely to perform the requested action and are not used for continuous monitoring, tracking, or background collection of information.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.

6. Subscription and Payments

Vanish AI is provided through paid subscriptions. A subscription grants access to available application features.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

Payment processing is handled by Creem.io. We do not store payment card information or payment credentials.

If you have an active subscription, you can manage or cancel it from your dashboard. The subscription management option redirects you to the Creem Customer Portal, where you can cancel automatic renewals at any time.

7. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted through the Creem Customer Portal or by contacting support. Refunds are evaluated individually and may be granted at our discretion.

8. AI Generated Content

Vanish AI relies on third-party artificial intelligence providers to generate responses.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for particular purposes.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before relying on it. Vanish AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated output.

9. Third-Party AI Providers

Vanish AI may use third-party AI providers including:

• OpenRouter
• OpenAI
• Anthropic

The availability, performance, pricing, and policies of third-party providers are outside our control and may change without notice.

10. Service Infrastructure

Vanish AI uses backend infrastructure to authenticate users, communicate securely with third-party AI providers, and enforce usage limits associated with your subscription.

The service does not store user prompts, screenshots, audio captures, clipboard contents, files, or AI responses after processing.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you choose to process through Vanish AI.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, process, or submit such content through the service.

You agree not to use Vanish AI to process content that violates applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of any third party.

12. Data Processing

Vanish AI does not store:

• Screenshots
• Audio captures
• Clipboard contents
• AI prompts
• Stored AI responses
• Files processed by the application

User content is processed only for the duration required to complete the requested operation and is not retained after processing.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vanish AI for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or damage the service
• Abuse API resources or backend infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the software
• Bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Use the service to infringe the rights of others

14. Intellectual Property

Vanish AI, including its software, source code, design, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by the developer unless otherwise stated.

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vanish AI in accordance with these Terms.

15. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any part of Vanish AI at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the service.

16. Disclaimer

Vanish AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vanish AI and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or damages arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated content.

18. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vanish AI if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the service at any time and may permanently delete your account using the Delete Account option available within the application.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Vanish AI after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
