We collect only the information necessary to provide and operate Vanish AI.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

• Subscription status

We do not collect unnecessary personal information.

Usage Information

To operate service limits and prevent abuse, we collect limited usage information, including:

• Request usage counters required to enforce daily limits
• Subscription plan status
• Technical information required for service operation

We do not store the content of your requests.

3. User-Triggered Data Processing

Vanish AI provides functionality that can be activated through keyboard shortcuts. Depending on the action you trigger, the application may temporarily process:

• Screenshots captured by your action
• Audio input captured through your action
• Clipboard content accessed through your action
• Other information required to perform the requested operation

This information is processed only when you explicitly activate the related feature. We do not continuously monitor your device and we do not collect screenshots, audio, clipboard data, or other user content without your action.

4. Application Permissions

Vanish AI may request access to system features such as screen capture, microphone input, and clipboard access only when required for a user-initiated action.

These permissions are used only to perform the requested operation and are not used for monitoring, tracking, or background data collection.

5. No Storage of User Content

Vanish AI does not store:

• Screenshots
• Audio recordings
• Clipboard contents
• AI prompts
• AI responses
• Files processed by the application

User-provided content and generated responses are processed only for the duration required to complete the requested operation and are not stored.

6. AI Service Providers

To provide AI functionality, Vanish AI may send requests to third-party AI providers. These providers may include:

• OpenRouter
• OpenAI
• Anthropic

The selected AI provider processes requests only to generate responses. We do not use your requests or responses for advertising, analytics, model training, or profiling.

7. Service Infrastructure

Vanish AI uses backend infrastructure to process requests, manage authentication, enforce usage limits, and communicate with third-party AI providers.

Our backend does not store user prompts, screenshots, audio data, clipboard contents, files, or AI responses.

8. Payments and Subscription Information

Payments are processed through Creem.io. We do not store payment card numbers or payment credentials. Payment-related information is handled by our payment provider according to their privacy practices.

Your subscription provides access to Vanish AI features. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled by you.

9. Data Retention

We retain account-related information only while it is necessary to provide the service. Usage counters may be temporarily stored to enforce request limits.

User content processed through Vanish AI is not retained.

When you delete your account, associated account information and subscription access are removed.

10. Account Deletion

You can delete your account through the "Delete Account" option available inside the application.

Account deletion removes your stored account information and cancels your subscription access.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical measures designed to protect information processed through Vanish AI. However, no online service can guarantee complete security.

12. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you choose to process through Vanish AI. You should avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information unless you understand the risks associated with processing such information through AI services.

13. International Users

Vanish AI is available worldwide. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed through infrastructure and service providers operating in different countries.

14. Children's Privacy

Vanish AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
